Dr. Bradley Lauver is the Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator for Infectious Diseases and Antimicrobial Stewardship at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania, where he also serves as the Residency Program Director for the newly established PGY2 Infectious Diseases pharmacy residency. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy at the University of the Sciences and completed his PGY1 pharmacy residency at Geisinger Medical Center.
Dr. Lauver is board certified in infectious diseases pharmacy (BCIDP) and has extensive experience in adult critical care and infectious diseases. He leads a dynamic team of ID pharmacists and coordinates antimicrobial stewardship efforts across inpatient and ambulatory settings. His leadership spans multiple systemwide committees, including the Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee, clinical guideline workgroups, and residency advisory councils.
A dedicated educator, Dr. Lauver precepts pharmacy residents and medical fellows, and serves as clinical faculty for both the Geisinger Infectious Disease Fellowship and the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. His research interests include antimicrobial resistance, stewardship informatics, and quality improvement initiatives.
