Dr. Samuel Starke is a second-year fellow in the Rush University–Cook County Health Combined Infectious Diseases Program. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he is an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and the Johns Hopkins Osler Internal Medicine Residency. His research interests focus on the implementation of tuberculosis prevention and control programs in both domestic and international settings, as well as improving clinical outcomes for persons living with HIV.
