Dr. Rama V. Thyagarajan, MD, MPH, FIDSA, CIC, is a Clinical Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at Dell Medical School, University of Texas at Austin, and serves as Physician Lead for Infection Prevention and Antimicrobial Stewardship at Dell Seton Medical Center at University of Texas at Austin. With over two decades of leadership in infectious diseases, she has played a pivotal role in advancing hospital epidemiology, antimicrobial stewardship, and outbreak response.
