Dr. Sujan Pathak is an aspiring physician from Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences, Nepal, and is currently a student in the Global Clinical Scholars Research Training (GCSRT) program at Harvard Medical School, USA. He has direct, first-hand experience in antimicrobial stewardship within a resource-limited hospital setting, where he has been involved in developing clinical protocols, monitoring antibiotic use, and supporting training initiatives to improve prescribing practices.
He has co-authored several peer-reviewed publications and was awarded the Best Poster Presentation at the International Health Meet 2025. A three-time recipient of the Kathmandu University Silver Jubilee Scholarship, he is recognized for his academic excellence and commitment to improving patient care.
His interests include internal medicine, infectious diseases, and clinical research, with a focus on strengthening health systems and combating antimicrobial resistance. Outside of academics, he enjoys swimming, playing guitar, hiking, and exploring new places.
