I obtained my PhD in cancer biology and MS in quantitative biomedical sciences at Dartmouth with research focus on epigenetics and molecular epidemiology. I curently am a postdoctoral fellow in the Data Science & Real World Evidence team at Labcorp. I am interested in answering the most relevant medical and public health questions by utilizing large-scale, clinical diagnostic testing data. At Labcorp, I have been able to quantitatively address public health questions of widespread interest such as national trends in co-infection of various upper respiratory pathogens prior to and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The current proposal provides an exciting opportunity to combine my background and interest in computational biology and real world evidence to improve public health.
