Dr. Adam Gailani is a pediatric infectious diseases fellow at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He is from Franklin Tennessee and attended the University of Wisconsin Madison for unergraduate. He attended medical school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis Tennessee before completing his pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. He is currently in his third year of pediatric infectious disesaes fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. During fellowship, his research has focused on the epidemiology and prevention of common respiratory viruses with Dr. Natasha Halasa and the New Vaccine Surveillance Network. When not at work, Adam loves to spend time with his wife and two children, Allene, Lyra, and Jude. They enjoy walking and hiking in local parks, and trying new reasturaunts and bakeries.
