Danny Schreiber, PharmD is a PGY2 HIV Care Pharmacy Resident at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) Retzky College of Pharmacy. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy and Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy.
Dr. Schreiber’s clinical and research interests focus on advancing HIV and infectious disease care, particularly for underserved and justice-involved populations. His current research evaluates the incidence and screening of sexually transmitted infections among people living with HIV in the Illinois Department of Corrections. He has contributed to multiple studies on long-acting injectable antiretrovirals, viral suppression, vaccine acceptance, and weight management in HIV populations. His work has been published in AIDS, Vaccine, American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy, and other peer-reviewed venues.
