Jamila I. Ranavaya, MD is a second year Infectious Disease Fellow at the University of Kentucky. She is a native of Huntington, WV where she completed medical school at Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine, as well as a 4 year Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Residency. She has a deep interest in advocacy for the underserved, as well as promoting vaccination to those in need. She hopes to one day bring Infectious Disease care to areas that are historically underserved.
