Mehri S. McKellar, MD is a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Duke University Medical Center, where she has spent almost 20 years caring for people with HIV and advancing prevention strategies. She founded the Duke PrEP Clinic in 2016, establishing it as a regional leader in expanding access to pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) through innovative, community-based models of care.
