Leila Hojat is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Emory University and Director of Antimicrobial Stewardship at Emory University Hospital Midtown. She serves on the Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee and the Research Committee of the Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America (SHEA) and has collaborated with IDSA and other organizations to develop guidance on community-acquired pneumonia and to advance infectious diseases medical education.
