Lisa Dumkow, PharmD, BCIDP, FIDP is a clinical pharmacist in infectious diseases and the PGY2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Residency Program Director at Trinity Health Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. She completed her PharmD at the University of Toledo and PGY-1 and PGY-2 infectious diseases residency training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Dumkow's practice and research interests include precepting, expanding clinical pharmacy practice, and antimicrobial stewardship. She currently serves on the IDWeek Programs Committee as the SIDP representative and the current President-elect of SIDP.
