Dr. Sage Greenlee is an Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Specialist at Henry Ford Health, located in southeast Michigan. She is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy and completed her PGY-1 pharmacy residency at East Alabama Medical Center and PGY-2 infectious diseases pharmacy residency at Henry Ford Hospital. In clinical practice, she supports antimicrobial stewardship efforts and infectious diseases consult teams and precepts pharmacy residents and learners.
