Mei H. Chang, PharmD, BCIDP, BCCCP, is the Clinical Pharmacy Manager for Infectious Diseases and the Co-Director of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program at Montefiore Einstein. Dr. Chang maintains an outpatient practice at The Center for Positive Living/Infectious Diseases Clinic and rounds with the inpatient infectious diseases consult teams. She also performs stewardship activities and research, precepts pharmacy students & residents, precepts medical students, residents, & fellows, and teaches at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Chang’s research interests include antimicrobial resistance/stewardship and infectious diseases pharmacotherapy outcomes.
