Dr. Chun Ho Szeto is an internal medicine resident at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (Permian Basin). He completed his medical degree at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel, following prior training in public health and biochemistry at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
With a diverse academic and clinical background spanning Asia, the Middle East, and the United States, Dr. Szeto is passionate about pulmonary and critical care medicine. His research includes work on coccidioidomycosis epidemiology and outcomes in West Texas, as well as peer-reviewed publications on topics in respiratory disease, oncology, and epidemiology.
Dr. Szeto is also actively involved in medical education, teaching chest imaging and point-of-care ultrasound to medical students and interns. He is recognized for his commitment to evidence-based, community-focused care and for fostering collaborative, multicultural engagement both in and out of the clinical setting
