Dr. Kundro is an Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease Specialist based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with extensive experience in clinical research, academia, and multidisciplinary coordination.
She serves as a Clinical Investigator in the Emerging Diseases Area at Ramos Mejía Hospital and is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacology at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, School of Medicine. She also co-directs the Postgraduate Course in Health Research at the UBA School of Medicine.
Her primary research focus centers on HIV/AIDS, particularly addressing key clinical and public health challenges like late diagnosis of HIV infection, opportunistic infections and the long-term cardiovascular and neurological consequences of the disease, even in well-controlled patients.
