Anne Kasmar MD MSc, SVP and Franchise Head Immunology and Infection Parexel

I am an Infectious Disease-trained physician scientist with more than 15 years’ experience in clinical and translational research spanning academia, philanthropy and biotech. My expertise is in clinical development planning for vaccines, biologics, and novel therapeutics. I am a passionate advocate for the science of global health, with significant experience working collaboratively to identify and test novel concepts.

I joined Parexel in June 2023 as Franchise Head for Infectious Diseases and currently lead both Immunology and ID. I manage a group of 20 physicians who oversee vaccine and antimicrobial studies as well as programs that test mRNA, monoclonal antibodies, microbiome and bacteriophage products.
