Katelynn Devinney is a Lead Informatics Analyst with the NYC Department of Health Bureau of Communicable Disease. Her work focuses on data processing and analysis of infectious disease surveillance data, including antimicrobial resistant infections. She received her Master of Public Health degree in Epidemiology from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and completed an Informatics-Training in Place Program fellowship with the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists and National Association of County Health Officials. Her prior work focused on surveillance for perinatal hepatitis B and foodborne pathogens, and included public health emergency respones to Ebola, Zika, and the COVID-19 pandemic.
