Dr. Julieta Lara Rodriguez is an Internal Medicine-Pediatrics physician and a current fourth-year fellow in combined Infectious Disease fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco with an emphasis on transplant/immunocompromised host infectious diseases. Her current research focuses on Latino HIV diagnoses, dalbavancin use for invasive gram-positive infections, and mNGS use in immunocompromised patients. She completed a BS in Biological Sciences and a BA in Anthropology from the Univeristy of California, Irvine, a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology & Biostatistics from the San Diego State University, Medical Doctorate at Albany Medical College, and Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency at UMASS Chan Baystate Medical Center.
