Dr. Teri Hopkins, PharmD, BCIDP is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Infectious Diseases and co-chair of Antimicrobial Stewardship at South Texas Veterans Health Care System in San Antonio, Texas. She is a graduate of University of Kansas School of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency at Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph, MO and her Infectious Diseases PGY2 at Ascension Seton in Austin, Texas. In her current role, she enjoys clinical rounding with the infectious diseases consult service, working with pharmacy trainees, and exploring ways to optimizing antimicrobial therapy.
