Dr. Huan Vinh Dong, MD MS is a Chief Pediatric Infectious Disease fellow at the University of California, Los Angeles, Mattel Children's Hospital.
He studied Integrative Biology and Theatre/Performance Studies at UC Berkeley. He received a master's from the Institute of Human Nutrition at Columbia University. He is a graduate of the Charles R. Drew / UCLA medical education program. His global experiences include health education for HIV prevention in Tanzania and Vietnam. His interests include genetic mechanisms of antimicrobial resistance, sexually transmitted infections and HIV.
