Dr. Katelin Jackson is currently a Prevention Effectiveness Fellow at the CDC, where her research focuses on modeling respiratory pathogens in nursing homes. She recently received her Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from Washington State University. She earned her Master of Science in Conservation Medicine from Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 2015 and her Master of Public Health from the Colorado School of Public Health in 2017. Her research interests include healthcare-associated pathogens and the mathematical modeling of infectious diseases.
