I am Nouf Almaghlouth, a physician specializing in infectious diseases, transplant infectious diseases, and clinical microbiology. I earned my medical degree from Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University (formerly King Faisal University College of Medicine) and completed a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Infectious Diseases at Johns Hopkins University. My research experience in infectious diseases includes postdoctoral research fellowships at Johns Hopkins Medicine and Ochsner Health System.
I completed my Internal Medicine residency at MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico, followed by an Infectious Diseases fellowship at Brown University, Rhode Island. I then completed my Transplant Infectious Diseases fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, focusing on managing infections in immunocompromised patients, particularly those with solid organ transplants and hematological malignancies.
In July 2025, I will begin an ACGME-accredited Clinical Microbiology fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School, with a focus on diagnostic stewardship and molecular diagnostics.
