Fanny S. Mitrani-Gold is a Director of Global Vaccines and Infectious Disease Epidemiology at GSK and the lead epidemiologist for antimicrobial therapeutics at GSK. She has over 15 years of experience in the design and execution of prospective and retrospective observational studies and provides strategic insight for evidence generation and synthesis of complex data to critically inform clinical and business decisions for internal stakeholders. Fanny graduated from University of South Florida where she received her MPH in Epidemiology and Biostatistics. Her prior work experience includes consulting, hospital epidemiology, infection control, public health and clinical microbiology. Fanny’s research interests include infectious disease epidemiology and pharmacoepidemiology, antimicrobial drug development, safety and antimicrobial resistance (AMR).
