Erica Prochaska obtained her medical degree from University of Michigan Medical School and completed pediatrics residency at Children’s Hospital Pittsburgh of UPMC. She worked as a general pediatrician for a year prior to coming to Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine for pediatric infectious disease fellowship in 2020. After fellowship, Dr. Prochaska joined the faculty in the Johns Hopkins Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases. In 2024, she completed a Master in Health Science in Clinical Investigation in the Bloomberg School of Public Health. Her primary research has included epidemiology of community-onset and neonatal infections.
