Dr. Amy Chang has a multi-faceted background as both a pharmacist and Infectious Disease physician, board-certified in Infectious Disease, and Clinical Informatics, and Internal Medicine. She works at Stanford University School of Medicine, where she works as a clinician, serves as a Medical Informatics Director for Infectious Disease/Infection Prevention/Antimicrobial Stewardship, physician lead of the Clinical Decision Support Committee at Stanford Health Care, and Wellbeing director for the Infectious Disease division. Her focus lies in EMR optimization to reduce hospital acquired infections, support antimicrobial stewardship initiatives, and support Wellbeing of infectious disease providers. She serves on the Epic Infectious Disease Steering Board and is a co-chair of the Infectious Disease Informatics Interest Group within IDSA.
