I am Dr Amit Achhra, MD MPH PhD, an Assistant Professor of Medicine in Infectious diseases at the Yale School of Medicine, CT, USA. I am a practicising ID and HIV physician, a clinical educator as well as clinical researcher with special interest in HIV treatment trials, HIV comorbidities including anal cancer screening and prevention, and improving quality of HIV primary care. I also work closely with CDC funded Sylvie Ratelle STD/HIV Prevention Training Center and CT DPH as a clinical consultant and educator in HIV, STIs and Mpox.
