Sirey Zhang (he/him, pronounced: Sear-ee J-ah-ng) is a PGY-2 in the University of Utah Pediatrics Residency Program. He recieved a BA in Anthropology at Dartmouth College, where he continued to complete an MD. His academic interests lie in medical anthropology/qualitative methods, equity in global health academic partnerships/exchanges, and antimicrobial stewardship practices in acute/critical care settings. In addition to pursing a Pediatric Infectious Diseases fellowship, he is considering combining it with combined training in Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM).
