Nawar Talukder M.D./M.P.H. is an infectious disease fellow at NYU langone. She was born and raised in NYC. She attended undergrad and medical school at the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education and SUNY Downstate Medical Center. She then made her way to Phoenix, Arizona where she completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Arizona. She is now back in NYC completing her fellowship at the NYU main campus in Manhattan and then she will be joining faculty at the NYU Long island campus in the Fall.
